When his food making satellite goes out of
control turning water into food causing cheeseburger rain and spaghetti
tornadoes, inventor Flint Lockwood and his friends must save the day to battle
the mutant food-animals overtaking cities and towns.
Following the evacuation of Swallow Falls
after a devastating food storm, inventor Flint Lockwood wants to invent
something great and prove himself. He is
finally being recognized for his creations and invited to join The Live Corp
Company, where the best inventors in the world spin out their creations. The company’s goal is to develop technology to
improve mankind and clean up the disastrous mess at Swallow Falls.

Following his most infamous invention’s
last near disaster, Lockwood thought he had destroyed it in his attempt to save
the world. After learning that it survived,
Flint embarks on a dangerous mission to battle the hungry “foodimals.” These food-animal hybrids appear in all
shapes and sizes including tacodile, shrimpanzees, hippotatomuses and double
bacon cheesespiders and apple pie-thons.
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 is a fun-filled hilarious adventure starring Bill Hader as the voice of Flint Lockwood along with Will Forte, Anna Faris, Andy
Samberg, Kristen Schaal, Terry Crews and James Caan.
