Shailene Woodley stars in Divergent at Digiplex Theaters

“What Makes You Different Makes You Dangerous”

Set in a dystopian world, this gripping action-adventure film takes place in a society that is divided by the government into five distinct factions based on how people live their lives.  People are organized by their innate skills and primary virtues: Amity (peaceful); Candor (honest); Dauntless (brave); Abnegation (selfless) and Erudite (intelligent).

Shaillene Woodley plays 16-year-old Tris Prior, who does not fit into any one of the five groups and is labeled Divergent.  Since Tris is different from most people in the city and has strengths in more than one area, she is thought to be dangerous to those in power.
