Based
on the iconic character created by author Tom Clancy, the action thriller “Jack Ryan” returns to the big screen in
the present day. Before he joins the
CIA, Ryan is a young college student who’s seen 9/11, joins the Marines, gets
shot down in Afghanistan and meets the love of his life while in the
hospital.

Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit stars Chris Pine, as
Jack Ryan, an analyst in the Financial Intelligence Unit of the CIA who uncovers
evidence of a Russian conspiracy to collapse the U.S. economy with a terrorist
attack. Once he discovers that he’s exposed
a Russian plot to crash the U.S. economy, Ryan works with his mentor William
Harper (Kevin Costner) to become a spy and fights to prevent a disaster of
catastrophic proportions.
