The
most amazing dog of all time leaves his mark on history in this 3D action
adventure animated film, Mr. Peabody & Sherman. Mr. Sherman, a hyper-intelligent beagle played
by Ty Burrell, is a Nobel laureate, an inventor and an Olympic athlete. Despite
his vast accomplishments, his biggest challenge is being a father to his
adopted boy, Sherman.
Based
on the 1960’s series, “Peabody’s Improbable History” cartoon shorts that ran on
“The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show,” Mr. Peabody & Sherman portrays
Mr. Peabody, a talking super-genius dog and his adopted son, Sherman. Played by Max Charles, Sherman is an eager 7-year-old
boy who lives in a modern penthouse with his extraordinary inventor father.

After
Mr. Peabody’s WABAC machine accidently alters time, they must race to fix the
machine before history is altered permanently.
Mr. Peabody, despite his genius and world-class success, ultimately
learns the most important lessons from his son.
Mr. Peabody & Sherman stars the voices of Ty Burrell,
Leslie Mann, Mel Brooks and Stephen Colbert and is directed by Rob Minkoff.
