the 70’s behind him, Ron Burgundy, San Diego’s top rated newsman, played by
Will Ferrell, returns to the news desk in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.
Taking
the nation’s first 24-hour news channel by storm, Ron Burgundy is joined by his
sidekicks, dim weatherman Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), ladies man on the
street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and racist sports guy Champ Kind (David
Koechner).

Nearly
a decade after the original Anchorman film, Ron is back co-anchoring
with wife Veronica (Christina Applegate).
After he is fired and she is promoted over him at the network, their
relationship hits a snag until he is recruited for a new all-news-all-the time
station where the freewheeling comedic adventure continues.
Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues
is produced by Judd Apatow and stars Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd,
David Koechner, Christina Applegate, James Marsden and Kristen Wiig.
